Laced up.

I instantly fell in love with this lace top the moment I laid eyes on it. I have so many fun colored sports bras that never get their time to shine- this was the perfect amount of "peek-a-boo" for a pop of color without showing too much skin {Hey, I'm a prude whatever you're most comfortable in!} It also comes in a great blush pink color. Decision, decisions! The tank is light enough and long enough for optimum comfort.

Topped off with this ridiculously cozy sweater to throw on for savasana.... I left Key Lime today one happy girl!

Not only do I believe this to be true, but I am also very willing to test it out!

Sip on!

Oh boy is it a hot one! This week we are breaking weather records in the Edmonton area and I hope you are all staying cool and enjoying the sunshine!

I stumbled across this delicious sangria recipe and thought, "What a perfect way to cool down!"

We all work hard. We all deserve a little treat. Especially for hot summer nights! So create this concoction, sit back, relax, and sip on! A lovely summer drink to beat the heat!

. Happy .

This month's goal has been simple.

Do more of what makes me happy.

It seems so simple, yet with how busy life gets, sometimes it can easily get away from you. I encourage you to join me in finding some "ME" time.

Whether it is gardening, reading, yoga, long walks, etc. Taking the time for YOU and the little things that make you happy and help you find that inner "calm".
